The Quick Version

Universal GPCs offers precision device profiles for verified access only. Buyers receive an account-linked download tied to their Discord profile and supported device. Once a profile is delivered to your account, all sales are final. Patches, tuning updates, and direct support live in Premium access — included for life once you've purchased.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If you experience a delivery issue, contact staff support directly via Discord (❔丨support channel or DM an admin) — we respond within 48 hours and will resolve legitimate technical problems at our discretion.

Support Scope

Included with every purchase (free + paid):

  • Access to your profile in your account-linked library.
  • Patches and updates for the life of the profile (no extra charge).
  • Reasonable support for install and activation.

Premium access (any paid purchase):

  • Direct support from profile authors in 💬丨premium-support.
  • Advanced tuning value recommendations.
  • First access to new releases.
  • Patch notes, edge-case fixes, and pre-release info.

NOT included:

  • Setup help for your console, controller, or supported device hardware. Use the device manufacturer's support for hardware-level issues.
  • We can help find YOUR perfect values. Custom tuning + setup services available separately — contact ❔丨support.

Account & Access Terms

One supported device serial = one account.

You register your supported device serial in 🔐丨device-registration. This is your access key. We tie all access to that serial + your Discord account.

No sharing, no reselling, no leaking.

  • Do not share your account, your device serial, or any downloaded profile with another person.
  • Do not resell offerings you've purchased.
  • Do not post, mirror, or distribute profiles outside the official programmer.

Violation = permanent revocation of all access + removal from the server. No exceptions.

Account changes:

  • Need to change platforms (e.g. moving from PS to Xbox)? Contact staff. We handle this manually with proof of platform ownership.
  • One device swap per year, no questions. Anything more, contact staff with proof — repeat swaps look like account sharing and get banned.

Termination:

We reserve the right to revoke access for rule violations, account abuse, or harassment.

Premium Access Terms

Premium access unlocks on any paid purchase, regardless of which offering you bought. Premium is permanent for the life of your verified account — buying once gets you Premium forever.

What Premium unlocks:

  • The full 〔 PREMIUM 〕 category.
  • Direct line to profile authors for support.
  • Visibility into patch notes and release feeds across the entire catalog.

Why Premium works this way: We want paying members to see the full catalog. Buying once gets you the inside view; buying another offering gets you access to its programmer.

Premium ≠ free access. You still need to purchase each additional offering to use it. Premium grants visibility + support privileges, not entitlement to offerings you haven't purchased.
