Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you experience a delivery issue, contact staff support directly via Discord (❔丨support channel) — we respond within 12 hours and will resolve legitimate technical problems at our discretion.
Account & Access
One device serial = one account. Register your supported device serial in 🔐丨device-registration — access is tied to that serial and your Discord account.
No sharing, reselling, or distributing your account, serial, or profiles. Violation — or abuse/harassment — means permanent revocation and removal. No exceptions.
Platform or device changes are handled by staff with proof of ownership — just reach out.
Privacy
We keep only what runs your account — your Discord, device serial, platform, and purchase history. Payments run through Square; we never see or store your card details. We don't sell or share your info. Want your record removed? Reach us in Discord.
